13th June:

Craig went to have the crowns fitted and I went and had some breakfast.  Dosa with dahl and some veges.

Then after some aborted tries to get our checkin for Saturday, done online.  Got to the last part of the process expecting the QR code and it printed gobbledy gook!  Then it would't let me go back or do it on the laptop.  So we'll probably have to do it all at the airport.

Checked out buses to airport and found they run all night and if you buy tickets online they cost 4.48RM as opposed to 14RM if you buy them at the station.

There was an amazing rain storm today.  Lots of thunder and slashing rain.  Enough to keep 2 moles inside for a while.

We finally emerged and found our way to the local station.  Got on the train to Malaysia's largest port
Pelabuhan Klang which is at the end of our local line.  I had to get off after 2 stops to find a loo.  Must have been that bit of garlic I deliberately ate.

Eventually, we got to the port and the temperature was quite balmy as opposed to humid and uncomfortable.  Quite lovely.  Not sure where the ferries go but next time in Malaysia we will investigate.  There is also more to the town too.

We seem to be getting a whiff of places, just enough to keep us interested.  I think we will brave a visit into the city of KL but am not really looking forward to it.  Seems to be overwhelmingly populated with lots of tall buildings and lots and lots of cars.

Ive decided to stop attempting to listen to WBECS pre-summit talks as it's just too difficult.  Apart from mostly being at 1am and 5am (and 9pm) they keep dropping out and freezing.  Just too much stress.  As a Life Coach I should be de-stressing my life.  So I deleted them all.  Hooray!

Hey all you Okra haters.!!  With a selection of other vegetables the okra were simply delicious!  Okra, Zucchini, cabbage and cucumbers.  Have been missing veges.

This is more old style appartment buildings. lower-rise and quite attractive,.

At the ferry terminal a giant crab!

 Ferry landing area.
 Ferry landing, I think.
